Eight technicians work for tooling design. According to feasibility study, we design automatic tool at single cavity or multi-cavities.

Together with the process engineer, one engineer professionally works for the process simulation to justify the process design. On basis of this, we are able to give our customer simultaneous support and advice for the component's design. 

Most of our tools are sub-contracted to the professional manufacturer who focus on the tooling fabrication. We invest 3D printing company and are able to do the fast prototype for our customers.

We build the whole history catalogue for all of our tools to manage the tooling maintenance.
