Basic Requirements for Alloy Die Casting

The low melting point temperature of the Alloy die casting is beneficial to prolong the service life of die casting mold.

The following requirements should be paid attention to when choosing die-casting alloy :

• mechanical property、 durability、processability and other performance of materials meet the requirements of product working conditions.

• Liquid flows well. The alloy with small crystallization temperature interval and large crystallization latent heat has excellent fluidity, which creates conditions for the thin-walled complex die casting

• Heat cracking tendency is small.The alloy has high strength at high temperature under solid phase to avoid hot cracking during die casting.

• The thermal shrinkage is small.Avoid casting deformation and crack during demodulation, and help to ensure the dimensional precision of die casting.
