After the Spring Festival this year, Sieg-Huao has a business explosion. On one hand, we have developed new clients in domestic, on the other hand, our old foreign customers have expanded the scope of business, compared with last year, the volume of procurement has also increased a lot.

 

One of the new clients is specializing in the metal advanced machining and assembly of communications equipment. Main product we supply is die casting power divider which has stable order qty of 20,000 pcs per month. Single type and large qty is very helpful for our mass production.

 

What is worthy to be mentioned, another business partner is engaged in auto parts and machinery accessories. Main products include pulley, crankcase, engine housing, and engine cover which are all high-pressure die casted in ADC12. For each part we have 5,000 pcs output. And our aluminum die casting auto parts are well received by our client.

Main die casting products we supply for Germany company are the metal tools housing. The diecast tools can be manual or power-driven as they need. The outside body or housing is die casted from aluminum alloy in order to achieve light weight and as a result the energy will be saved. According to client's requirements, the shell will be coated with blue powder, many kinds of finish treatment are available in Sieg-Huao, such as powder coating, electroplating, anodic oxidation, spray painting and so on.
