1. By different varieties and batches

In the production of multi-variety and small batch, the general selection is the adaptable die casting machine with simple hydraulic system which can be quickly adjusted. In the case of large quantities of small tissue, a highly efficient die casting machine with various mechanized and automatic control mechanisms is selected. For a single species with mass production, special die casting machine can be used.

 

2. By the structure of castings and process parameters 

The shape of the casting, the weight, the wall thickness and other parameters have important influence on the choose of casting machine. The casting weight (including pouring system and overflow tank) should not exceed the rated capacity of the die-casting machine, but it can not be too small to avoid the waste of the die-casting machine. The rated capacity of general die castion machine can be checked from the instructions.

 

The die-casting machine has a certain maximum and minimum distance, so the pressure type thickness and casting height should be limited. If the die-casting thickness or the casting height is too high, the casting may not be obtained.
