What Investment casting can do for your display space?

 Recently Sieg-Huao had received an enquiry from a clothing brand which will open 500 chain stores in China. What they need are the tube joints for the display racks as you can see from below pictures. Three types of connectors includes one-way, two-way and three-way with threading holes.

 Why they choose investment casting? It is not to say these parts can’t be made by tube cutting and welding, It just cost much labor than casting. On the other hand investment casting can assure you enough strength due to the integration of metal material. Also it is easier for surface treatment. Traditionally the metal workers need to polish the welding seams after welding but for small parts this is really a hard work. But investment casting can achieve smooth surface and omit this step. As a conclusion investment casting is a good choice which is cost-saving and labor-saving.
