What is The Slow Injection Rate?

  • The slow injection velocity collects the first stage injection velocity in the three-stage injection system. After the metal liquid is poured into the pressure chamber, the filling degree of the metal liquid in the chamber is generally controlled at 50%-80%, and the rest space is filled with air. The injection punch pushes the metal liquid at a slower speed, so that the metal liquid fills the front end of the pressure chamber and accumulates at the front edge of the internal gate.

  • During the slow advance, the metal fluid flows smoothly, allowing sufficient time for the air in the pressure chamber to be removed and preventing the metal fluid from spilling out of the spout.

  • The slow injection velocity makes the metal liquid in the chamber pressure move without vortex, turbulence or gas entrapment. It is particularly important to select a reasonable slow injection velocity.
