Mold cooling system

Mold cooling methods are mainly air cooling and water cooling two kinds.

Air cooling characteristics: The air cooling mainly comes from compressed air;There is no need to set the cooling device in the mold, and the structure is simple;It can evenly blow the paint inside the mold cavity, accelerate and disperse the gas produced by the paint, reduce the porosity of the casting.

Characteristics of water cooling: add cooling water channel in the mold to make the circulating water pass into the molding insert or core, so the mold structure is complex, cooling speed is fast, efficiency is high, control is more convenient.

For most molds, in continuous production, air cooling and water cooling are used at the same time, air cooling is mainly used to spray, blow evenly paint, reduce the cavity surface temperature, water cooling is mainly used to reduce the mold internal temperature.
