Characteristics and Market of Zinc Alloy Die-casting Pieces

Zinc alloy die casting parts have many advantages such as no or less cutting during machining process, small density, certain mechanical strength, therefore many decorative parts which have complicated structure and small stress are widely made by zinc alloy die casting. Zinc alloy is prone to corrosion due to poor electrical potential and poor chemical stability, it is often electroplated to form a protective layer or a decorative layer. The diverse application of zinc alloy die-casting products is one of the signature characteristics of our country. In Japan and America the automobile die casting parts accounts for 80-90% of total casting volume, while Chinese automobile zinc alloy die casting only accounts for about 50%.
