Just two days ago, Sieg-Huao received another order of aluminum alloydie casting body from a longtime business partner inHamburg, Germany who had established cooperation with SIEG since 2007.
It’s our great pride to introduce our partner was founded in Hamburg, Germany in 1910. Throughout the 100 years of its existence, the company has developed into a global corporation and is recognized for exceptional fastening systems. Their pneumatic tools and fasteners are well-known for exceeding highest quality and reliability standards such as Staplers / Combination Tools, Nailers for Brads, Pins, T-Nails and Corrugated Fasteners as below picture.
As you can see from the above picture, the housing or body of the tools are made from aluminum alloy die casting with blue powder coating finish. Their initial form of parts is tons of aluminum ingots.
The first important step before mass production is tool fabrication, the metal mold determines the shape of the aluminum die casting part, then the aluminum ingot melts in the furnace, and a scoop of liquid aluminum is poured into the die casting machine by the external mold. After one closing and one opening of the machine, the raw casting is came out and transmitted to the front of operator.

Then we move to next processing steps such as grinding, deburring, drilling and advanced machining there finally get a finished raw casting body.

As required by orders we offer two versions: blue version and white version. For blue version, the blue powder is applied. Sieg-Huao has an individual powder coating line to meet this demand.
The die casting body series we offer has more than 10 types, for example body 400, body 420, body 780, body 830 and etc.. The different numbers symbolize the body length which decides the tons of the die casting machine. In Sieg-Huao, there are not only small tons but also heavy tons in order to fulfill your different die casting requirements.

This new order from Hamburg, Germany will be finished in middle June. On thought that our die casting parts are distributed to more than 55 countries after secondary assembly, we really feel very proud because they are made in Sieg-Huao, in China!
