What is annealing treatment of aluminum alloy die casting parts? 

The aluminum alloy die casting parts firstly are heated to a high temperature which is about 300 ℃, then to be kept warm for a period of time. At last the casting parts are cooled to the room temperature in the furnace. This process can eliminate the internal stress of casting, stabilize casting size, reduce deformation and increase casting plasticity.

What is solid solution treatment of aluminum die casting parts? 

The die casting parts are heated as high as possible which closes to the eutectic melting point, and then kept warm as long time as possible. By rapid cooling the reinforced unit will get a largest degree of dissolution. Such process of a high temperature state is fixed to room temperature is called solid solution treatment. Solid solution treatment can improve the strength and plasticity of casting and improve the corrosion resistance of alloy.

What is aging treatment of aluminum die casting parts? 

The process of heating the castings after solid solution treatment to a certain temperature, after a certain time of heat preservation, and slowly cooling them to room temperature in the air is called aging. If the aging strengthening is carried out at room temperature, it is called natural aging. If the aging strengthening is carried out after a period of time when the temperature is higher than room temperature and the temperature is kept at room temperature, it is called artificial aging. The aging process is carried out in the spontaneous decomposition of the supersaturated solid solution, so as to restore the matrix of the alloy matrix to a relatively stable state. 

What is Heat and cold circulation treatment of aluminum die casting parts? 

Multiple heating and cooling causes the solid solution lattice to shrink and expand, which makes the lattice of each phase undergo a little displacement and makes the second phase particle in a more stable state.
